This machine is designed to improve the glaziness of rice after polishing. This machine is equipped with water jet anti siphon stainless steel nozzels, special alloy steel beaters and CNC punched sieves, cooling blower to cool the main shaft. And special equipment for automatic feeding and water pump controlling with sensor, slide gate and controll unit with timer for easy operation.

MASTER WHITENER

This machine is designed to polish the brown rice with less broken and to remove the bran. This machine is equipped with vertical alignment of silicon carbide grinding wheels and CNC punched sieves with adjustable frames, spring controlled polish adjustment for easy operation, stainless steel discharge and exhaust connection for bran suction. The brown rice is subjected to parallel friction between grinding wheels and sieves to remove the thin layer of bran with required whitening of rice by 2 or 3 passes of polishing for normal rice and 4 passes for basmati long grains.
